Meet Asher

Hi, I'm Asher. I'm a photographer, filmmaker, mum, stand up comedian and lifelong lover of anything weird.

I shoot weddings, families, businesses, food, film sets and portraits from my studio in Bangor. My fun, relaxed personality puts people at ease and my clients usually become my friends.

My approach is relaxed, natural and completely low-pressure. I’m especially good at photographing people who tell me they “hate having their photo taken”. My friendly, fun personality helps put people at ease, so rather than feeling awkward in front of the camera, they can relax, enjoy themselves and let their genuine personality come through.

For me, the best photographs happen when people forget they're being photographed. I have done stand-up comedy, which has helped in my photography! I'm used to reading a room, chatting to complete strangers and, most importantly, making people laugh when they're feeling a bit awkward. I'm good at helping people relax so the smiles and expressions I capture are genuine.
